We offer 3 main types of Traditional Bulgarian White Cheeses - from goat's, sheep's and cow's milk. We also have mixed Feta-type cheeses with sheep's and goat's milk.
Similarly, we make 3 main types of Traditional Bulgarian Kashkaval - from goat's, sheep's and cow's milk.
Our Grill Cheese is currently made from cow's milk.
We offer our products in vacuum packs, tins and plastic PVC boxes. The cuts range from 0.200 kg to 15 kg.
Currently we are BRC, IFS, HACCP and Halal certified.
